Purpose of this Position

The purpose of this position is to give our customers an excellent experience by providing outstanding consultation services.  This role requires creativity, passion, and a strong mix of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.  You listen, you ask questions, you find understanding on what our customers want out of their cars.  Along the way, you educate, you guide, and you set expectation.  We are problem solvers for our customers, and you are the visionary!  Whether that problem is not enough power, not enough grip, or "this weird miss at 3,000rpm" - you find excitement in helping a fellow enthusiast have more fun behind the wheel.  It's a creative, personal, and relational process -- and it's extremely fulfilling!

How is this Achieved?

  • Play an active part of the performance community – you are the face!
  • Manage all forms of inquiries – walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media
  • Meet professional commitments – we get back to all customers!
  • Build relationships – you're a gearhead helping gearheads.  You should genuinely enjoy this aspect!
  • Properly assessing the needs of our customers, and creating a quote to meet those needs
  • Ensuring that all quotes are thorough, well-planned, and serve the customer’s goals
  • Setting proper expectation (time, cost, result) with each customer
  • Achieve necessary performance goals

Required Skills & Experience
