Job Description
We are looking for a methodical and organised Payroll Advisor to join our growing HR team. In this position, you will have responsibility for preparing and processing our monthly payrolls.
As a Payroll Advisor you will be involved with all aspects of payroll including PAYE, Statutory Calculations, validating and reviewing payrolls, responding to and resolving employee queries and inputting other payroll data such as benefits information. Working with the HR Team you will ensure data changes and any starters, leavers, benefits and contract changes are processed through payroll in a timely manner.
The Payroll Advisor will support the identification of opportunities for process improvement and assist completion of data accuracy checks in relation to payroll and related payroll benefits.
To be considered for this Payroll Advisor position you will need:
- Solid experience of working within an internal payroll team
- Experience in processing multiple and complex payrolls and systems
- Excellent knowledge of current payroll legislation
- To be able to manage a varied workload within a fast-paced organisation
- A can-do attitude and a drive to improve processes
- To hold excellent attention to detail
