Job Description
As part of our improvement plans within our dynamic Parts & Logistics Group we have a vacancy for a Parts Supply HUB Coordinator – Customer Projects.
You will be responsible for coordinating parts along with the distribution of new and serviced parts to and from events. You will work closely with various departments around the campus, taking accountability for parts supply to our customers. Additionally, you will arrange bookings via our Transport department and external logistics agents, which will include completing all necessary customs processes.
The ideal candidate will have a flexible attitude, working to rigid and sometimes unsocial deadlines. Proven parts control experience within a similar environment is essential for this role and logistics experience is preferable.
You will additionally enjoy working as part of a team in a high pressure, excellence orientated environment involving time sensitive situations. Commitment and a flexible approach to your work, together with exceptional organisation and communication skills are prerequisites for this role.
