Parts Supply HUB Coordinator

As part of our improvement plans within our dynamic Parts & Logistics Group we have a vacancy for a Parts Supply HUB Coordinator.

 

You will be responsible for coordinating parts at the factory along with the distribution of new and serviced parts to and from events. Accountability for coordinating parts supply to our customers and off car projects while meeting the requirements of our engine supplier are also important aspects of this role. You will additionally help coordinate and arrange bookings with third party Logistics agents and process customs invoices.

 

The ideal candidate will have a flexible attitude to working to rigid and sometimes unsocial deadlines. Proven Parts Control experience within a similar environment is essential for this role along with previous experience of an ERP system programme.

 

You will additionally enjoy working as part of a team in a high pressure, excellence orientated environment involving time sensitive situations. Commitment and a flexible approach to your work, together with exceptional organisation and communication skills are prerequisites for this role.
