Partnership Development Associate

Partnership Development Associate – The Role
Based in the UK, this role will be working in partnership with both the business and marketing team to support, identify and expand the team’s partner portfolio. They will work with the Partnership Development Manager to identify opportunities and deliver solutions in order to establish new partners, as well as help manage existing partners for retention and upsell opportunities.

Key tasks include:
• Leading contact for all eSports related work & partnerships
• Supporting Alpine CSR Activities
• Research and develop new prospects while maintaining and update existing prospect data base
• Support renewals process
• Create and suggest engaging marketing material that prospects could identify with
• Develop case studies
• Creating presentations and materials for new prospects whilst keeping current material up to date
• Review partner rights
• Assist in partner engagement and partner days
• Assist in race day presentations
• Offer additional support from time to time the account management team with large events

Partnership Development Associate – The Person
The successful candidate must have the following skills/knowledge:
• Understanding of partners commercial & marketing needs as well as their personal approach
• Understanding of contractual and legal issues
• Be of graduate calibre – Marketing, Business or equivalent
• Fluent English & French
• Global understanding of eSports business & trends
• Global Knowledge of sport sponsorships & sport marketing
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strategic & Innovative thinking
• Team spirit
• Empathetic approach
• Willingness from time to time to work extended hours
