As a software and technology company, Romax Technology partners include key industry players, software vendors and academic institutions. Therefore, its partnership programme forms a key part of its strategy for managing and leveraging its position in the market place.
The Partner Associate is responsible for the execution of the partnership programme and business development activities with strategic third-party technology and service suppliers. This includes supporting the day to day activities to build the partner ecosystem, giving structure and purpose to these key relationships. This involves designing, running and maintaining a programme of marketing and administration to achieve overall goals.
Whenever the responsibility for managing a regional partner falls to a regional office, the Partner Associate will also be expected to support and work with relevant members of the commercial team to support these activities.
Main responsibilities
- Be the key contact to field teams and resolve questions from partners
- Work with the web team to maintain a strong digital presence
- Work with product management on partner related activities
- KPI reporting on activities to measure partner effectiveness
- Leading the organisation and delivery of partner marketing activities and events
- Maintains go to market plans for partners
- Targets new and existing partners to grow the market
- Tracks customer requirements and prioritises actions
- Represents Romax in the partnership community
Key competencies/experience:
- Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
- Results orientated; makes things happen
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Good interpersonal skills inside and outside Romax
- Strong digital skills
- A team player
- Likely to possess a formal marketing or business administration qualification, with experience in the software, internet or high-tech sector a plus
