Part Time Credential Specialist

NASCAR Event Management seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Part Time Credential Specialist. This will be a field based position and travel to race events will be required.

THIS IS A FIELD/REMOTE POSITION THAT TRAVELS TO RACE EVENTS ACROSS THE U.S.

This position will be responsible for credentialing guests at various racing events throughout the racing season for the national series.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Travel to various events across the United States
  • Assist with set up for the credentials office for each event
  • Check in NASCAR licensed members and verify status
  • Investigate and resolve issues with guest that are not included on a guest list
  • Balance cash and credit card transactions at the end of each day open for business

Required Skills/Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Customer service/people skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Ability to travel up to 100% including weekends.
