We have some exciting vacancies for polishing technicians, working in our busy, motivated team producing some of the industries Halo projects from Formula One to Automotive performance hyper cars.

Key responsibilities / duties include

  • Day to day preparation and polishing of visual lacquered composite components to the required production quality standards and defined processes.
  • Supporting the Team Leaders in their roles as required.
  • Responsible for maintaining the highest quality of components throughout there production.
  • Working safely, liaising with Team Leaders to ensure all tasks are carried out promptly.
  • Identifying potential problems in processing of components, to minimise delays/ errors in production.
  • Flexibility required at being deployed throughout the painting department.
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the work areas together with good Health & Safety practices at all times.
  • Ensure SAP & time recording bookings are completed accurately and take corrective actions when necessary.

Candidate Profile

  • You must have significant experience in the preparation and polishing to show standard quality
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and to be flexible in the event of changing priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£450,000.00 per year
