As a Paint Sprayer, you will become a member of our Production Team carrying out a range of activities associated with the operation of either our hot plasma-spray facilities or our wet coating facility. Our overall process has some similarities with paint-spraying and welding.
About the Paint Sprayer role:
You would be involved in the operation of light machinery including sand-blast machines; moving customer parts and materials around our factory; and the inspection of finished parts. For the more senior positions candidates will ideally have some level of supervisory and/or organisational experience. First-and-foremost we are looking for people who are keen to learn and able to grow with our company .
Our ideal Production Operative will have the below skills and experience:
- Must have a good standard of literacy and numeracy skills
- Personable and able to work as part of a team
- Candidates who have achieved formal academic qualifications (e.g. GCSE; A Level; or Diploma level) or those able to demonstrate relevant previous experience will be considered for progress to more senior positions.
The successful Paint Sprayer will receive full in-house training. Our ongoing business growth continues to present significant opportunity for staff progression within the company. Many of our more senior staff joined the company as trainee production operatives just a few years ago.
