We are looking for experienced Paint Preppers and Polishers to join our dedicated Paint division in Milton Keynes. We know everyone has different wants and needs which is why we are able to accommodate opportunities across day and night shifts. We need highly skilled technicians who can add the essential finishing touches to our high-quality parts before they head off to our prestigious customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Undertake all tasks associated with paint preparation and finishing including filling, sanding, flattening, polishing, mopping and de-nibbing
- Ensure all composite components are finished to a very high standard
- Maintain and uphold Prodrive policies, procedures and product specification
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of prepping and/or polishing lacquered parts to the highest quality standards, ideally within the automotive sector. These roles will suit an organised, methodical worker who is happy to work on their own projects whilst being part of a dynamic team.
