Role Overview

As the Paid Media Specialist (programmatic advertising, OTT), you will be responsible for end-to-end execution and management of European programmatic advertising and OTT campaigns. This full-time role will be an integral part of our European marketing team.

The ideal candidate has several years of experience in driving user acquisition and awareness with a proven track-record of campaign and budget management across multiple countries. Strong operational and analytical thinking are required. Deep and hands on knowledge of executing programmatic campaigns, including technical setup, campaign analysis and measurement, and campaign optimization is required. Candidates should have the proven ability to work quickly under pressure, meet hard deadlines, work collaboratively with cross functional and global partners and deliver excellent results.

Responsibilities:

  • Work very close with our Marketing Agency, monitor performance, identify improvements and ensure that we meet or overachieve our targets

  • Lead strategic and tactical programmatic advertising, OTT, CTV campaigns and initiatives in that drive awareness and conversions

  • Hands-on implementation, management, KPI setting, and reporting for your region

  • Partner with analytics resources to ensure proper tagging and tracking elements are in place and measured correctly

  • Oversee daily and weekly trend reporting, pacing and analysis of KPIs to create clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholder

  • Conduct ongoing analysis of industry or changing trends

  • Ensure that the campaign goals, assets, timelines, and budgets are adhered to

  • Other relevant and related tasks as requested

  • Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, insight and expansion, provide recommendations and see through to implementation

Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience:

  • At least 3 years deep, firsthand experience in implementing and managing programmatic advertising, OTT, CTV campaigns

  • Expert in digital marketing including strategy, KPI setting, campaign build/design, implementation, regular optimization/management, keyword research and analysis

  • Experience and excellence in managing digital campaigns with at least a six figure spend annually

  • Strong understanding and experience programmatic advertising technologies and/or platforms (e.g., DV360)

  • Google Ads and Analytics Certifications
