Order Processing Team Lead

Stage 3 Motorsports is looking for it's next order processing enthusiast who loves diving into the details as an Order Processing Team Lead. The Order Processing Team lead is responsible for guiding and managing the day to day operations of the order processing department via supporting order processing representatives with responding to phone, email, and non-technical service requests from customers, vendor, and suppliers. Responds to and resolves escalated issues, monitors daily workflow and ensures that correct policies/procedures are followed.

Where you’ll spend your time:

  • Team guidance, daily task interaction, and training; acts as point of escalation for employees
  • Provides management periodic reports as requested
  • Monitors and plans workload throughout the day to ensure all work is completed by end of day
  • Advise relevant department managers about issues within the department (people, vendors, product, etc)
  • Maintain positive culture within the department
  • Directs orders to vendors and suppliers for fulfillment
  • Uses online systems to check stock status on items for fulfillment
  • Enters accurate order notes that communicate actions and results
  • Demonstrates good judgment, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with vendors
  • Other duties as assigned.

You have/possess:

  • 1-3 years of data entry experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • A well-developed sense of urgency, strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy, and exceptional organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of automotive parts preferred
  • Tech savvy with strong proficiency working with MS Excel and Word; ability to learn and adapt to various software systems
  • Ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly between systems and tasks
  • Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to take initiative and proactively solve problems
  • Ability to be flexible and willing to pitch in as needed
  • Able to adhere to attendance policies/requirements
