Pratt & Miller is seeking an experienced Web Developer to participate in the development and customization of software products for internal and external clients. The position will primarily focus on .Net applications and processes using SQL Server and Web Api. The most common end-user environment is in vehicle development, professional motorsports, and general engineering services. The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of development experience primarily in Microsoft .Net and SQL development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate will work in a team environment with responsibilities including, but are not limited to, the following items:
- Participate in development of Pratt & Miller’s software suite using .Net, SQL Server, Web, and Reporting technologies
- Work closely with software architect and project managers to make sure projects are on track throughout each development cycle
- Provide time and resource estimates for assigned development tasks
- Implement existing Pratt & Miller frameworks, design patterns, standards, and best practices
- Work with detailed Functional Specifications and collaborate with BA’s and SME’s
