We're looking for an energetic and hard working Event Co-ordinator to join MSVT, our in house trackday operation, at Brands Hatch motor racing circuit.
You will coordinate the operation of all MSVT activities across the MSV Group of circuits, including liaising directly with customers (who include individuals, groups and corporate clients), circuit teams and instructors to make sure everything is in place for every trackday we run. This will include ensuring the right instructors have been booked, catering is in place, vehicles are ready for use and all necessary paperwork is completed efficiently and correctly. You will also get the opportunity to sell events to the public both face to face and over the phone.
To succeed in this varied role you will need strong communication, written and spoken English skills. The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines, working both under your own initiative and as part of the wider team, is essential. Experience of working within a fast-paced environment would be advantageous.
You must be comfortable dealing with multiple interconnecting elements of event preparation, requiring great organisational ability, attention to detail and strong presentation at all times.
You'll have strong Outlook, Excel and Word skills and be confident in communicating both face to face and over the telephone.
This is a full time role, and you will be based at Brands Hatch in Kent. There will be ad hoc travel to other MSV circuits to both operate and promote MSVT days, and the role will include an element of early starts, late finishes and weekend working.
