Salary: Up to £38,000 (includes bonus for project work)

CEMAST is looking to recruit an outstanding Lecturer in Motor Sport who is an enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated individual capable of supporting delivery of the qualification across the curriculum range. You will be expected to be able to teach theoretical and practical sessions defined by the course specification covering Motor Sports and project work will include leading and co-ordinating the race team.
The successful candidate will be passionate and be able to demonstrate relevant experience in the Motor Sport industry whilst having the ambition of passing on their knowledge and experience to the future generation. You will be a well organised and flexible individual, able to effectively manage your own time and resources, with excellent communication skills and the ability to covey industry standard information and ideas in a clear, concise and engaging manner.
Experience in teaching and learning would be advantageous, the role can be an entry into teaching meaning no previous experience of teaching necessary. Having the confidence and willingness to do so however, must come from within the applicant. Fareham College will offer free teacher training to those wishing to enter the teaching profession.
Lecturer pay-scales £20,763 - £29,914 unqualified rate £23,878 - £34,346 qualified rate based on experience and qualifications.
