JOB DESCRIPTION
To strengthen our Design Office team, we are looking for a Methods Engineer M/W.
Under the head of design office manager, you establish instructions and technical documentation necessary for parts manufacture, within the allotted time.
You study production parts and products as follows:
- Carry out ranges, establish manufacturing files
- Tool design
- If necessary, secure the reverse engineering of the prototypes developed in the workshop
- Establish: 3D and 2D layup notebooks // Instructions for trimming, gluing, etc ... // MBOM nomenclatures
- Documentation update according to information collected from operators
- Follow up on manufacturing instructions and suppliers
You participate in searching technical and organizational solutions to optimize flows and processes
- Search for solutions to improve flows
- Promote tools or methods
- Train operators

REQUIRED PROFILE
You are Engineer in mechanical field and have strong experience.
You are autonomous, reliable and have good interpersonal skills.
You are responsible for products industrialization, new models from design office files and will be able to demonstrate and convince with technical and synthetic argument.
You are able to solve difficulties and be very responsive.
You master the industrial process, office software and CAD CATIA V5, have solid knowledge in composite materials.
French is essential. Fluency in technical English is necessary too.
Fixed term contract based in Signes (South of France-Var).
