Brian James Trailers is a market leading manufacturing company based in Daventry. We are looking to employ an experienced design engineer to add to our growing team.
We produce market leading products which are manufactured onsite and distributed globally.
The candidate needs to be skilled and proficient in the use of Solid Works 3D CAD. Previous proven experience of Sheet Metal functions and the practicality of mechanical design for manufacturing is essential.
The role requires someone to be patient with the learning of our products and processes. We are looking for someone who will be able to work to deadlines and produce accurate work.
There is a requirement to liaise with production regularly and understand our processes. This involves spending time on the shop floor and occasionally being hands on. Light fabrication experience would be a benefit.
Salary offer based on experience and expectation of contribution.
