Marketing Strategy Manager

Marketing/Merchandising Strategy Manager plays a key role in ensuring quality product positioning and brand messaging globally across our digital and traditional marketing channels. You will use your leadership, creative thinking, strategic campaigning, problem-solving, and analytical skills to lead the Merchandising Team in the execution of Mishimoto’s merchandising strategy and customer loyalty programs. You are data-driven and continually seek to improve our key performance indicators (KPIs) by engaging our customers and ensuring a high-quality, personalized experience for every Mishimoto customer.

Digital Merchandising

  • Manage the development and implementation of monthly, quarterly, and seasonal B2B and B2C sales and promotions across all online channels.
  • Oversee the team implementing the release of new products through online channels.
    • Load new products and related assets
    • Create tailored titles, descriptions, and product listings
    • Schedule routine listing reviews and optimizing based on sales performance
  • Plan and oversee implementation of strategic and consistent global marketing content for Mishimoto’s website and online channels including:
    • Website landing, category optimization, and product page optimization
    • Online branded content optimization
    • Feature function improvement
  • Oversee online product relationship strategy and execution including:
    • Website cross-sell pairings
    • Website upsell recommendations
    • Website search result optimization
    • Spearhead the expansion and personalization of the Team Mishi customer loyalty program.
