Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator position at QA1 is a dynamic position influencing how the company’s products and services are represented to dealers and end consumers. This important role involves assisting the marketing team with a variety of communication media, advertisement and event planning projects.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Develops advertising text and layouts as part of print and online advertising materials.
  • Writes and submits press releases and e-newsletters to publications and communications.
  • Updates website with recent news and product updates.
  • Assists in reviewing website analytics and online advertisements and makes recommendations for enhancements.
  • Updates annual product catalogs and works with Sales and Engineering for new product updates
  • Maintains a social media presence and interacts with fans and followers on social media platforms.
  • Coordinates and manages administrative functions related to events including tradeshows and open houses.
  • Shoots photos of new and updated products and events.
  • Coordinates ordering of promotional items.
  • Promotes internal communications.
  • Assists in the development of company product and technical videos.
  • Develops and coordinates multimedia packages for both B2B and B2C including letters, brochures, video, and point-of-purchase displays.
  • Assists the Sales Team with marketing project requests.
