Description: We are looking for individuals that are interested and enthusiastic about experiencing what it would be like to work for New Jersey Motorsports Park. This internship is designed so that you learn on the job and are exposed to many different departments and skill sets. The internship is a full-time, paid that includes weekends.
To apply you must be at least a college level student. We would prefer that your major be specifically marketing or some other business related major.
Intern Duties:
- Assist in Grass-Roots Marketing Campaigns (Vending at events, Community Marketing)
- Assist in day to day operations (making phone calls, running errands, e- mails, etc.)
- Help schedule and execute promotions
- Weekly engagement with followers and like-minded accounts
- Assist with the taping of the facility’s YouTube Episodes
- Promote and assist in data collection at races
- Help set up and run special events during race weekends
- Help ensure signage is up and in the proper place
- Pitch ideas to help formulate a strategy of creative ways to engage with our audiences
- Help other departments and staff members if they need assistance
- Any additional responsibilities that may be needed during your internship
Preferred Requirements:
- Candidate must have strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task.
- The ability to work in a team atmosphere are also key attributes success in this position.
