Marketing Assistant

An Andretti Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting in the organization and execution of all marketing and publicity events, including promotional, charitable, media and celebrity events. The Marketing Assistant is expected to maintain the quality and ethical standards set by AIKG while representing the Andretti brand.

Responsibilities

  • Completing sales-related and marketing administrative projects that include running marketing and sales reports.
  • Participate in Street Team event activities including logistics and execution that market brand initiatives and promotions.
  • Assist in writing and editing sales and marketing materials, which include articles, presentations, white papers, and collateral.
  • Maintain project tracking spread sheets and business line marketing calendars.
  • Provide administrative aid for various projects related to market, which includes project meetings schedule, minutes of meeting, transcribe notes and compose memos.
  • Assist with promotional activities execution and in house collateral updates.
  • Provide administrative support. The support may include running errands, coordinating travel arranging, prepare appointments and agendas
  • Coordinate and conducting VIP guest site visits.
  • Monitor company social media pages and respond accordingly.
  • Work along side Dir. of Marketing on marketing and outreach activities to increase sales.
  • Validating and fulfilling request for information and marketing, tracking mails and requests.

Qualifications

  • Possess skills in project management
  • Interest and/or knowledge of sports and motorsports
  • Working knowledge in all Social Media channels
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products
  • Effective presentation skills and able to answer to questions from team of managers, members, guests and public
  • Capable of writing reports, procedures and business correspondence
  • Ability to work individually and on self-driven projects.
  • Effective performance equivalent to all levels of employees
  • Well-built skills in organization, prioritization and time management
  • Work under stress to meet project deadlines and minute attention to detail
