Manager, Multicultural and Youth Marketing

NASCAR is searching for a talented professional for our Manager, Multicultural and Youth Marketing opening. This person is responsible for the development and execution of Multicultural & Youth marketing initiatives, including the seamless integration with internal partners and external stakeholders in support of business priorities. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop and execute the marketing and advertising strategy in partnership with Multicultural & Youth Marketing team
  • Provide thought leadership on standard methodologies in Multicultural & Youth Marketing
  • Lead research programs and derive actionable insights to ensure marketing programs meet KPIs in collaboration with R&I team
  • Manage relationship with key agency partners and stakeholders
  • Oversee elements of Youth platform, including digital presence, influencer strategy and national STEM partner
  • Oversee execution of at-track marketing and promotional planning related to Multicultural & Youth initiatives
  • Lead Social and Digital program development working closely with NASCAR Social & Digital teams to support delivery of consumer messaging and content plans
  • Oversee NASCAR Kids marketing assets, including content, Kids Club, and creative to support industry activation
  • Develop and present Youth and Multicultural strategy and program presentations to key stakeholders ensuring industry integration and activation
  • Assist with planning and execution across key pillars of the company’s official youth community partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of America; drive in-market event planning and related logistics
  • Accountable for any promotion fulfillment, management of premiums and budget tracking
  • Complete ad hoc special projects as needed

Travel: 15%, including weekends

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree from four (4) year college or university and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in consumer marketing or agency; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in the sports and/or consumer brand industries preferred. Digital and/or social marketing experience a plus. Project management experience preferred.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Proficient on company provided hardware and software. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
