Located 50 miles east of Los Angeles in Fontana, Auto Club Speedway is California’s premier motorsports facility. The venue hosts over 320 days of track activity each year including the NASCAR Cup Series Auto Club 400 weekend. The two-mile D-shaped oval is one of the fastest tracks on the NASCAR circuit and is also home to numerous movie, television and commercial productions, photo shoots, new car testing, club racing and a variety of racing schools.

ARCA seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Manager, Member and Employee Services. This is an office based position with some travel required.

This position will be responsible for managing member services and providing employee services support.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Manage membership application process
  • Manage competitor entries and computer point computation ARS; proof vs. manual generated 
  • Distribute entry blanks to membership; posting to website; coordinate timing
  • Maintain email list from members/SELs
  • Manage communications with membership
  • Provide office administrative support           
  • Troubleshoot employee IT issues/questions                                

Approximate travel including weekends 30%

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; 5 - 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Customer service/people skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
