YOUR MISSION

  • Act as central point of contact and communication between PUMA (incl. affiliates) and the assigned Motorsport partners
  • Work cross-functionally with Sports Marketing, the BU Accessories, PUMA’s regional and country subsidiaries as well as PUMA Retail to define and implement the licensed commercial strategies for the assigned PUMA Motorsport partner(s)
  • Ensure that Business Units, PUMA country subsidiaries and affiliates are fully informed with regards to partners’ brand, product, price and distribution policy as well as Corporate Identity guidelines
  • Implement business processes to ensure that contractual rights are commercially exploited and obligations are adhered to by PUMA Business Units and external Motorsport partners
  • Steer the go-to-market processes for assigned Motorsport partners, ensuring an efficient management of all relevant milestones and deadlines
  • Based on ongoing analysis of the licensed business incl. KPIs, initiate action & measures to drive and improve business performance
  • Be responsible for specific Licensing business processes and actively support & guide team members and colleagues with regards to such.

YOUR TALENT

  • 3-4 years of work experience in a relevant function such as licensing, marketing, product management, legal or marketing
  • Team player with good presentation and networking skills
  • English language skills required, further languages a plus
  • Open-minded, flexible, open to travel and capable of working in a multi-cultural environment
  • Analytical mindset with good planning and organizational skills as well as an eye for detail
  • Experienced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Adaptable, good at setting priorities and with an attitude of creative problem solving
  • University degree, or similar higher education in business administration, finance, marketing, product, law or in a related discipline.
