Manager, Digital Partnerships

Job Description

NASCAR Digital Media seeks a professional for its Manager, Digital Partnerships opening on the Digital Media Team. This associate is responsible for managing current digital partnerships, syndication portals, data feed licensees and developing new digital revenue streams.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Lead day-to-day account management of current digital partnerships, including projection of revenue targets, sponsorship integrations, contractual fulfillment and leveraging the company’s digital assets to grow partner relationships
  • Negotiation and execution of legal agreements for new and current partners, including business terms and coordination of legal review
  • Assist with YouTube policy management for claimed content, upload process and business rules, as well as serve on the strategy team for that platform
  • Cultivate new digital business opportunities, including prospecting new categories, that further company’s revenue targets
  • Work closely with Digital Operations team to ensure successful technical implementation of new partners
  • Lead business rules for digital representation of the data feeds, including documentation, partner communication and strategy
  • Collaborate with Digital Platform group to leverage digital platform assets (e.g. website, mobile apps, etc.) for new partnerships
  • Ensure partners submit proper reporting and payment; coordinate with internal departments and ad sales partners to develop reporting and payment process for each new partner
  • Manage ticket process for partner issues or modifications
  • Develop and/or coordinate monetization opportunities with partners and digital ad sales team
  • Cultivate mutually beneficial programs with industry partners, including teams, tracks, etc. under direction of Sr. Director
  • Execute ad-hoc project related activities as needed
  • Travel: 10%, including weekends

Qualifications   

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required plus a minimum of six 6) years’ experience and/or training in digital partnerships; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to project manage in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends
  • Able to handle multiple projects and meet tight, fluctuating deadlines.
  • Experience working with clients/vendors/partners strongly preferred
  • Technical experience creating reports, creating PowerPoint Decks for meetings and content management systems, including WordPress or similar
