Honda Performance Development, Inc., a leader in motorsports racing is seeking a highly organized and detailed oriented Maintenance Technician Contingent in Santa Clarita, Ca.
Responsibilities include providing general routine building maintenance and repair services, coordinating and administering facility and building equipment inspections, repairs, and improvements. Assist in handling all permits pertaining to the building, environment and safety activities for HPD.
Requirements are high school diploma and 3+years of work experience with building management and maintenance. Must be proficient general trade skills (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.). Must have prior experience with troubleshooting and isolating problem issues related to building equipment, HVAC and maintenance. Ability to identify issues and determine repairs needed.
