Maintenance Technician
Would you like to take on assignments with a high level of responsibility?
- 1.Develop inspection, maintenance plan (including contents and time schedule) according to the equipment performance requirements, and making equipment calibration plan in accordance with the relevant requirements
- 2.Establish the equipment operation instructions
- 3.Solve major equipment failure, if necessary, contact suppliers for guidance or repair, and to gain experience
- 4.Establish and continuously improve equipment repair statements, summarize and analysis the equipment types and failure types
- 5.Analyze equipment repair report, and take effective measures on frequent and significant failure, solve the problem completely
- 6.Establish and improve the spare parts management system and traceably manage spare parts, and keep a reasonable safety stock
- 7.Analyze frequent replacement as well as the expensive replacement of spare parts, and take effective measures, solve the problem completely
- 8.Propose the plan of equipment as well as related supporting technology and tools, constantly optimize the process, improve the quality and process stability

- 1.College degree or above, mayor in mechanical or related
- 2.More than 5 years relevant work experience, more than 3 years' related maintenance supervisor experience
- 3.Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
- 4. SAP/IATF16949/PLC software experience is preferred.
- 5. Fluent English both in oral and written
