Under supervision of the Facilities Manager; the Maintenance Worker will assist in the maintenance and repairs for the establishment of the Pala Band of Mission Indians facilities and land and will perform related work as required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides daily maintenance of the Pala Band of Mission Indians facilities buildings and surrounding land.
Responsible for custodial and maintenance supplies and performs weekly inventory of supplies for department usage.
Performs inside/outside services as needed which includes but not limited to: light plumbing, repair and maintenance of building and equipment, dry wall repair, tile installation, and repair, landscaping.
Assists in the construction and maintenance of the access roads.
