Maintenance Supervisor
Would you like to take on assignments with a high level of responsibility?
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all manufacturing machinery and services.
Plan, organize and provide leadership to Maintenance personnel to ensure effective maintenance to Plant machinery.
Take all reasonable measures to ensure that OSHA Standards are complied with by every member of the Maintenance Department.
Interpret and implement company and plant policies and procedures.
Ensure department in compliance with QS-9000.13.
Serve as integral part of team responsible for sourcing, justifying and installation of production capital equipment.
Set, communicate and control goals and measures for Maintenance Department.
Ensure Maintenance personnel have the necessary skills to perform their duties with competency.
Other duties as required.

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required; Bachelors degree in Engineering preferred.
3-5 years experience in Maintenance techniques in a production environment.
Must be able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
Proven interpersonal, technical and managerial skills.
