Maintenance Manager:
Due to a retirement, NJMP is looking for a Maintenance Manage with 10+ years experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Management and leadership of 2-4 maintenance workers
- Management and leadership of 2-4 grounds / landscaping staff
- Management of Race Track facility and maintenance during live racing
- Coordination with sub-contractors for HVAC, electric, vehicle repair, plumbing, eclectic and additional services
- Must have general skills in HVAC, electric, repair, plumbing, facility troubleshooting, simple vehicle repair
- Familiar with large facility operations - NJMP is a 500 acre facility with outside and inside work requirements
- Main facility operates March to November - Closes November 15 - March 15
- Must be willing to work most weekends during open season
- Prefer knowledge or experience in car and bike racing and be a high level, hands on expert of all trades
