COMP Cams, the leader in high performance automotive valve train technology is adding a Building Maintenance Professional to our growing team. If you meet the below qualifications and are looking for a career opportunity with a stable, progressive company — this may be the position for you. Candidate must have a strong work ethic with the desire to perform at a high level each day. This is a full time position Monday thru Friday 8:00am-4:45pm. This is a hands-on maintenance position.
Basic Qualifications/Areas of Proficiency:
- Minimum 10 years maintenance experience (a verifiable track record)
- Carpentry (both rough in and finish work)
- Drywall repair
- Electrical (replacing light fixtures/switches etc.)
- Painting
- Plumbing
- HVAC is a plus
- Good math skills with the ability to solve problems efficiently
