We are looking for a Logistic manager
In order to strengthen our development team, we are looking for a Logistic manager
Your tasks :.
- Responsible for booking and arranging the global travel for the team, including flights, hotels, transfers and catering.
- Manage for each event the administrative part including : pass order, catering reservation and registration documents.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations/customers regulations and legal and safety requirements
- Responsible for all parts shipping ensuring on time delivery within budget.
Qualifications :
- Knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics such as import/export and customs regulations, including legal requirements
- Proficient working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Fluent French English both written and spoken is mandatory
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the Motorsport sector
- Experience in a similar position is requested
Work environment :
- The Job position is located in the south of France near the Paul Ricard track (83870 Signes)
