This new role produces and assists in the production of WRG Productions Live broadcasts. As our live broadcast schedule increases, this role will be integral in facilitating the back-end production to ensure a seamless viewer experience.
Duties:
* Produce and oversee the live production of race broadcasts pushed through the DIRTVision Studio
* Plan, create and insert graphics in each of the live broadcasts
* Manage back-end distribution channels for live broadcasts
* Cut and edit highlights for race night social distribution
* Develop race recap/highlight videos following each night
* Produce and assist in the production of digital video content for DIRTVision broadcasts
* Create and edit live event-centered commercials and promotional content
* Operate camera at select events
* Edit content, ensuring final content meets the time and content specifications, preferred brand image as well as WRG Production standards
* Provide customer support as necessary during the broadcast
* Design graphic elements for use in live broadcasts and promotional video content
* Other duties as assigned
Skills:
* Minimum of 2 years video editing and LIVE production experience
* Background in sports media preferred
* Knowledge of and interest in short track dirt racing prefrred
* Strong familiarity with technologies such as: Adobe Premier, Photoshop and After Effects.
* High sense of ownership and personal accountability required
* Strong organizational skills necessary
* Proven history of successfully handling multiple projects simultaneously
