Job Description
BASIC DESCRIPTION:
This position will make decisions regarding customers, business and employee needs to ensure customer satisfaction. The individual must have strong decision making abilities and a positive attitude with the ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Assist in scheduling production

Assist in coordinating manpower

Involved in new employee training and cross training

Provide reliable, fair and unbiased feedback for employee evaluations

Provide constructive feedback to management
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a successful record of building positive relationships with co-workers and management

Must have experience driving Employee Involvement

Must have 1 year of experience of cost and quality drivers of business
- At least 1 year of production experience
