- Serve as the sole in-house legal advisor
- Draft and negotiate operational agreements, such as and without limitation, sales, marketing and business development agreements and service agreements
- Draft and negotiate merger & acquisition agreements
- Manage corporate records (including drafting resolutions and POAs)
- Advise, communicate and work with c-level executives on a daily basis
- Advise on various employment matters if and as they arise
- Liaise with the US and international outside counsel
- Manage and control outside counsel costs
- Work effectively with corporate development and sales teams, which shall include clearly and concisely explaining terms of contracts to the sales and corporate development teams, presenting options for negotiations, and negotiating directly with vendors, brand ambassadors, and/or clients Manage instances of copyright infringement and send DMCA takedown notices
- Prosecute and manage US trademarks (file renewals, respond to office actions)
- Review and update Privacy Policies and Terms of Service for all of the Network's websites
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Transactional experience which aligns with what you will be doing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Licensed to practice law in Florida (or willing to sit for the next bar exam) 2-5 years of experience; combination of law firm and corporate legal department experience preferred
- If no corporate legal department experience, have at least 1 reference from someone in the legal field who can vouch for your work product
- Relocation costs are not covered

- In-office hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
