Junior Finance Analyst

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Finance Analyst to join the McLaren Racing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team. The successful candidate will possess a ‘can-do’ attitude, with a high level of attention to detail, enabling the preparation of high quality, data driven insight, analysis and commentary to support the FP&A Team and wider business. 

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Analysis support for the varying business units within McLaren Racing, including F1, Marketing, Indycar, Heritage and Overheads
  • Preparation of presentation packs for business reviews
  • Support and assistance in preparation of business cases for investment appraisal
  • Assisting the wider FP&A Team in preparation of forecasts and budgets

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Entry level ACA, pre- or part- qualified ACCA/CIMA studier or individual with relevant finance experience looking to begin their studies
  • Expert Excel user
  • Power BI experience desireable but not essential
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
