We are a team with the ambition to constantly improve our performance on and off the race track. Entering a new era of F1, we are looking to further develop and strengthen our Aerodynamics department in Bicester (UK). We are looking for passionate and brilliant Junior Aerodynamicists who will work in one of our development teams. In this role you will be involved in all aspects of aerodynamic development including concept generation, design and development of car components. You will also be involved in aerodynamic assessment of key components on the race car.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- An in-depth technical appreciation of semi-empirical, CFD and wind tunnel test techniques
- Nice to have: previous experience in F1 in similar roles
- Good CAD skills
- Strong aerodynamic academic background of minimum degree level, and solid relevant working experience
- Team-player attitude and the ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision
- The capacity to lead a project, solve complex problems and achieve performance targets within strict deadlines
- Master degree in STEM / Aerospace Engineering
- Fluency in English
- Travel up to 10%
