Functions:

Serve as system administrator networked and stand-alone workstations, Linux and Windows operating systems, and networked file servers

Responsible for identification, installation and life-cycle maintenance of computing lab equipment and employee PCs and LAN connected equipment

Acts as the primary point of contact with corporate IT professionals for all local IT services

Responsible for local inventory, maintenance and software license management

Assist employees with questions and issues via the corporate help desk ticketing system

Responsible for monitoring local data backups

Administer anti-virus and essential operating system updates on shared systems as required by DSS and monitor updates for employee PCs

Provide system hardening functions in Windows and Linux to support RMF accreditation efforts

Perform local administration in accordance with standards, policies and procedures
