Inventory Specialist

We are looking for a full-time Inventory Photographer/Specialist for our new facility in Spokane, WA. The Inventory Photographer/Specialist is responsible for data entry, inventory photography, and photo editing. The Inventory Photographer/Specialist will photograph the vehicles for sale on the lots, post-process, upload the photos onto the website, and other duties as assigned. The camera and computer workstation will be supplied along with any other equipment necessary. The ideal candidate must have general vehicle knowledge, be able to drive various styles and sizes of automobiles including manual and automatic transmission, be familiar with Photoshop, and have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides timely and accurate reports as required
  • Has knowledge of current in stock inventory
  • Helps with vehicle inventory control and maintains accurate records
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, and promotions
  • Tracks sold vehicles
  • Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed
  • Moves vehicles from various locations
  • Provides administrative assistance as needed
  • Coordinates and works with coworkers and team members
  • Follows all safety and security procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the company
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
  • College degree in a relevant field, but not mandatory
  • Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic Photoshop Knowledge
