Specific Job Duties
- Leads assigned project(s) that address a challenge to the organization.
- Expands knowledge of the challenge within the industry so internal solution is complete; analyze ways other companies have solved a similar organizational problem.
- Gains support of necessary stakeholders to solidify projects success.
- Tests reliability and validity of research.
- Leads communication of project across all channels of the organization.
- Implements ideas and solutions.
- Manages roll-out of findings.
- Develops sound processes that can be utilized once project is complete.
- Contributes to teams initiatives and build strong relationships.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Sophomore status or above.
- Major that supports functional area where internship/co-op exists.
- Strong academic credentials minimum 3.0 GPA overall.
- Committed to learning and personal development.
- Demonstrated strong initiative and drive.
- Ability to solve complex problems and think creatively.
- Possesses and displays strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team.
