Job Description

Specific Job Duties

  • Leads assigned project(s) that address a challenge to the organization.
  • Expands knowledge of the challenge within the industry so internal solution is complete; analyze ways other companies have solved a similar organizational problem.
  • Gains support of necessary stakeholders to solidify projects success.
  • Tests reliability and validity of research.
  • Leads communication of project across all channels of the organization.
  • Implements ideas and solutions.
  • Manages roll-out of findings.
  • Develops sound processes that can be utilized once project is complete.
  • Contributes to teams initiatives and build strong relationships.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree program.
  • Sophomore status or above.
  • Major that supports functional area where internship/co-op exists.
  • Strong academic credentials minimum 3.0 GPA overall.
  • Committed to learning and personal development.
  • Demonstrated strong initiative and drive.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and think creatively.
  • Possesses and displays strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team.
