We are looking for an Infotainment and HMI Developer to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO).
You will report directly to the Head of Electronic Car Development and Device Application and will supportthe Infotainment and HMI development activities for the Group Models.
Your responsibilities will focus on:
- Creation of HMI concept, function map and interaction strategy.
- Definition of basis and premium sound system performances according to the project targets.
- Creation of technical specification about Infotainment components like Main Unit, Amplifiers, Speakers and Displays on dashboard + central tunnel basing on the HMI and sound system concepts.
- Definition of proper technological solutions accordingly with project plan milestones (costs, timing, technical targets).
- Evaluation of suppliers performances and processes, in order to identify possible development partners.
- Supplier management during concept and development phases, including timing and cost control.
- Steering of Lamborghini external resources during the development.
- Component integration and functional testing.
- Setup of simulators, test benches and test cars, through SW and datasets update of the target components for testing activities.
- Usage of VW/AU diagnosis and database systems
- Support to the definition of VW/AU group HMI and Infotainment components including participation of the related steering committee in VW/AU.
- Life cycle management of the HMI and Infotainment components, including further HW and SW modifications and integrating also innovative technologies.
In order to meet these targets, you will need:
- University degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience
- Fluent English mandatory. German as a plus.
