Your Tasks
- Time studies as basis for production cost calculations
- Involvement in tire development (release process), to influence potentially upcoming changes positively
- Support production scheduling
- Use of experiences from other plant locations, copy best practices, implement Conti standards where reasonable
Your Profile
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing and indusial work
- Good Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Visa sponsorship is not provided for this role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mechanical Engineering degree with motorsports concentration
- Additional language skills are not mandatory, but helpful for a worldwide cooperation with other plant locations (e.g. German, French, Czech, Chinese, ...)
- Experience in the rubber industry
