IMSA- Coordinator, Brand and Consumer Marketing

NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Coordinator, Brand and Consumer Marketingbased in our corporate office in Daytona, FL.

The Coordinator, Brand and Consumer Marketing will manage day-to-day projects including creative development, trafficking of ads, reporting, content management and broadcast operations. The position will also manage the Konica Minolta Business Center during race weekends.

 Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead tactical execution of series rebranding.
  • Manage advertising creative development, including TV, print and digital advertising.
  • Traffic advertising creative to respective media outlets.
  • Manage operations for IMSA Radio; responsible for day to day management of the radio product at track - working with partner to develop schedules, choose locations, coordinate technical infrastructure, etc..
  • Development and management of stakeholder marketing materials.
  • Assist partnership marketing to more deeply engage partners. Engage with our automotive and corporate partnership team to obtain digital content for IMSA digital properties as well as help develop marketing platforms (contests, promotions, etc) that our partners can activate against.
  • Work with IMC and IMSA digital to create ideas for digital news stories, videos etc.; work to develop the digital content calendar.
  • Work with Manager, Digital Media to assist with operations management of IMSA.com. Will update content in the content management system.
  • Assist with content population across IMSA’s digital properties; Updating of IMSA.com and IMSA app content.  Things like driver bios, team bios, event details etc.
  • Development and maintenance of marketing monthly reporting. Will create reports, analyze information, and present recommendations.
  • Manage the Konica Minolta Business Center during race weekends; manages the operations of the trailer at track.  Booking rooms, setting up rooms, etc.
  • Approximately 35% travel including some weekends.

 EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four (4) year college or university; and 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training in marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
