New Jersey Motorsports Park, located in Millville, N.J. is a 500 acre facility with 25 Full Time employees, and 150 seasonal employers, is looking for Human Resource Coordinator.

Position requires the following skills:
- Help and support managers with recruitment of new employees and retention of staff memeber
- Strong, positive, outgoing and motivational leadership style
- Ambassador and cheerleader of company
- Maintain employee files to include progressive discipline documents, and hiring documents
- Recommend and implement team building activities
- Recommend and implement leadership development programs
- Support Executive Leadership of company
- Development of expanded hiring, recruitment and retention program for non-exempt employees
- Process employee documents including work contracts, unemployment and reference letters
- Recommend best practices and procedures for employee management
