Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources Assistant to join our busy Human Resources team. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to gain exposure to the exciting world of Formula One.
This role will provide administrative support to the Human Resources team in all functions for day to day operations & project based work. The person coming into this position will perform a variety of duties including involvement in the starter & induction processes whilst also assisting our payroll function. Additionally, you will be updating & maintaining all administrative records for the Human Resources function including the maintenance of all paper based & electronic records.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a ‘can-do’ attitude, be a quick learner & hold a high level of attention to detail. We are looking for someone who has experience of working in a similar role, for a fast paced organisation. We have multiple information systems we require support with, such as Workday & SAP, so experience using these or similar platforms is essential. As with all of our positions, we will be looking for the successful candidate to show initiative & be able to cope in a high pressured & time critical environment.
