Based London – will have flexibility to work at home

Part Time Hours will be considered

Salary £28k (pro-rated for part time)

 

Role Purpose:

Work with the HR Director to ensure a consistent, highly professional, accurate and diligent HR Service to the business.

Support the HR Director on projects across the global business to include but not limited to, engagement, wellbeing, benchmarking, organisational development and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:

HR

  • Main point of contact for all HR queries via the Companies HR Admin Email Address for UK and Miami

 

  • Responsible for ensuring that all data is added to the Bamboo HR Portal in a timely and accurate manner

 

  • Using the Bamboo HRIS to ensure data is added in a timely manner – including terminations, changes and additions etc – this may later include some of the other territories that do not have a HR presence

 

  • Maintain the payroll changes each month and ensure with support that 2 payrolls are 100% accurate

 

  • Ensure all commissions and contributions are entered into payroll report

 

  • Work with the benefits company to ensure people are enrolled on the relevant benefits as requested

 

  • Work with the HR Director on projects as and when required

 

  • Ensure all Sole Traders and Contractors comply with IR35 including running CEST reports and issuing contractual agreements

 

  • Undertake any additional reasonable duties as requested by line manager and support the wider Group Partnering Services as required

 

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum CIPD Level 5

 

  • Relevant working experience in a HR function preferably in an SME

 

  • Bamboo HRIS current working knowledge is essential

 

 

Interviews 17 June 2021 at Canary Wharf and will include a test on Bamboo HRIS

Must be able to start on 21 June 2021
