Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. This role is both hands-on and strategic and provides expertise in the areas of employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, employee retention, coaching/development, conflict management and ad hoc projects as necessary. Your experience in human resources management will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • In partnership with leaders, develop workforce plans that ensure our success for the long term
  • Build credibility and trust among employees. Resolve employee concerns through compassion, a systematic approach, clear documentation, and follow-through
  • Partner with the business to build engaged, high-performing teams
  • Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with management to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Collaborate with key partners and stakeholders on processes to build a world class employee experience.
  • Map and document processes identify gaps and recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met
  • Ensures HR and business strategies are in alignment and gains leadership support in strategic HR activities
  • Coaches’ managers on policy application and interpretation
  • Succession planning and talent reviews to align with Companywide strategy and suit department needs
  • Develop HR strategies, policies, and practices
  • Improve and monitoring employee productivity
  • Improve relations between staff and employers
  • Maintain a service-focused and user-oriented attitude, and continuous improvement towards Operational Excellence.

Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in business, human resources management, psychology, or related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience, including demonstrated success acting in a business partner capacity
  • PHR, SHRM-CP or similar HR certification is a plus.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
  • Experience in introducing new HR initiatives/practices and in driving continuous improvement in a multinational environment
  • Strong business acumen and solid understanding of company strategy, business, and competitive positioning
  • Proven ability to coach, advise, and collaborate with senior leaders on organizational effectiveness and HR issues
  • Experience in driving organizational and cultural changes in a complex environment
  • Highly detail-oriented and analytical
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience using Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP solutions

Certification- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential or ability to obtain certification within one year of employment
