Health and Safety Coordinator

Alpine F1 Team have an opportunity for a talented Health and Safety Coordinator based at our site in Enstone, Oxfordshire where you will work with our Health and Safety Manager to develop, implement and maintain all Health and Safety standards throughout the site.

Health & Safety Coordinator – The Role

The core responsibility of this position will be to record and monitor accidents, near misses, hazards and property damage across the site. You will create risk assessments and safe systems of work, create COSHH risk assessments and ensure all documentation is compliant with the most up to date SHE format. You will work with the site management team to conduct full investigations for accidents and incidents, following up with any corrective action and perform site audits (such as safety tours) and new starter health and safety tours. You will also be responsible for general health and safety admin including booking training and occupational health appointments.

Health & Safety Coordinator – The Person

We are looking for an individual who has passion and enthusiasm for delivering a positive health and safety culture, with first class communication skills. You will have a NEBOSH general certificate and ideally experience within a manufacturing/engineering environment.
