Hardware Development Engineer - FPGA Verification

We are looking for a senior-level Verification Engineer with deep expertise in simulation and test methodologies, to create automated processes which ensure system reliability as we add functionality, expand our design team, and scale from prototypes to mass production.

    What you'll be doing

      • Define a comprehensive verification methodology for complex FPGA and ASIC SoCs
      • Work closely with design engineers to understand performance and coverage goals and develop appropriate test criteria and plans
      • Help implement an automated build and regression testing system for complex logic designs
      • Provide domain-expertise in verification and validation techniques, to other verification engineers and to design engineers

    Nice-to-haves

      • Experience with Verilog PLI in simulations, and skill in C/C++ coding
      • Experience with complex SoCs, including Xilinx Zynq platforms
      • Familiarity with standard interfaces such as SPI, I2C, JESD204b, and PCIe
      • Experience with revision-control, build-automation and continuous-integration systems (Jenkins)
      • Working knowledge of digital communications and signal processing systems
      • Solid fundamentals in probability and statistics
      • Experience with verification of mixed-signal ASICs as well as FPGA-based designs
      • Experience simulating SecureIP from FPGA vendors
      • Experience with Matlab and Matlab mex functions
