Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 40 employees and multiple managers
- Manage purchases and monthly spending
- Control local marketing including TV and Radio
- Manage local social media accounts
- Handle Human Resource and payroll duties
- Must love to smile and have great energy!
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 pounds on occasion
- Ability to maintain a level head during stressful times
- Ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work up to 10 hours at a time on your feet
- Must be able to work with little to no oversight
- Stay on task and handle projects efficiently
- Must have reliable transportation

Experience:
Management Experience is required. A background in customer service, hospitality, or restaurants is important. We are a customer oriented industry so communication skills are important. 4 year degree not required by is a plus! Social media management skills are also a huge bonus. Must be a TRUE LEADER! This position requires a large amount of organization and multi-tasking. Must be able to pass a pre employment background check.
